CADES, an inspiring place to work

We Are CADES: Join Us

A Message from Our Executive Director

I’d like to welcome you to CADES. I’m Bill Benson, Executive Director at CADES. We are a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to providing services for both children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Are we an inspiring place to work? Yes. A challenging place to work? Yes. An exciting place to work? Absolutely.

CADES is all these things and more. We are seeking individuals who share our vision for a better world for those with special needs. Working together, we are a close community of teachers, assistants, therapists, nurses, managers, and administrators who are dedicated to that common goal.

Whether you are new to the field of human services, or have years of experience, there may be a place for you at CADES. We train those who are new, promote from within, and support those who have years of experience as they continue their professional journey. I invite you to explore our career pages and contact our Director of Human Resources with any questions you may have. You can apply online, or print out and mail your application to us.

I personally invite you to consider CADES. Consider becoming part of an important organization that can build hope and transforms lives…including yours.

“People stay at CADES for as long as they do because of the clients, but it is the atmosphere of team work, learning from your peers, and friendship that binds us together for most of our lives. I never get up in the morning to go to work – I get to go to school where people care about what they are doing and the children they serve.”
